Went into the crisis center to seek some help and/guidance first time. As I am struggling financially they helped set me up with insurance and an appointment with one of their therapists. A couple days later I go into the general entrance to meet for my appointment. The receptionist was very unprofessional, no acknowledgement, and gave me the overall impression to me that she can just sit in a chair all day doing nothing while being paid for it. After waiting in the lobby over half an hour without anyone telling me anything, I got up and walked out. They called me back about a month later and arranged another appointment, so I agreed to meet up again. This time, as I sort of expected the same experience I firmly, but politely encouraged the lady to be of help and was able to meet with the therapist who called me. After the third visit there, I was able to make some progress with getting started into the treatment I am seeking. The therapists I spoke to were very professional however, and I greatly appreciate their assistance. They insisted I made a formal statement about my experience as I described above and I did. This gives me the impression I am not the first to complain about this receptionist. In good faith, I changed my review to reflect the accuracy of my experiences here. There are people there who will help you, but it's really off putting when the first person you see when you walk in there doesn't seem to care about what they are doing there at all. Hopefully that changes.

I knew I needed help. My folks and I were trying to get me diagnosed for months if not years and they did a test or two and got me diagnosed. Keep up the great work!!!!
