Outstanding service and phone etiquette with ANGIE - MEDICAL RECORDS SERVICES. Angie was so professional and courteous in helping me track down my medical records. Thank you Angie!

I called because I was looking for resources to help me find a doctor as I am 4 months pregnant and don’t have insurance. After explaining my situation to the young lady she then asked me if I was looking for a psychiatrist/therapist... for pregnancy. I think basic competency should be a part of the job. 3 stars because I have used other services that have been just fine.

Incredibly easy to work with. Quick and helpful employees. Everyone who loves to complain about government workers should stop in and try to be disappointed. I stopped in for a couple birth certificate copies and was out the door in under 10 mins with my request fulfilled.

For gay people, If you can make it to Howard Brown in Chicago instead of here then go for it.

I went there for our kid's birth certificate. I was in and out in about 5 minutes on a Thursday afternoon. The attendant was very helpful so I have no complaints as it beats waiting in the mail for almost a month for a certificate by mail.
