My daughter was treated here and the staff was amazing. They worked with us on everything. There are always going to be bad reviews, but I feel some people are expecting the world. They helped my daughter understand and learn how to deal day to day.

I have been to Timberline Knolls twice and both times I had great experiences. I believe that you get out what you put in and the staff here really helped motivate and challenge me to change. I struggled with both an eating disorder and addiction and was able to get adequate help for both. I am 3 years sober next week and I owe it to Timberline Knolls for helping me reclaim my life. I don't think I would be here if it wasn't for the help I received. I recommend them to anyone who is struggling.

I recently did their PHP program and can say that it helped me save me. Their DBT program is super helpful and as long as you stay committed and apply it, then you’ll see progress. The staff was wonderful, I don’t have any complaints about them. They did have people quit so were understaffed, and they made sure to have people fill those positions and continue the groups. The housing was very nice. They were willing to work with me on medications and my circumstances surrounding my possibility. I highly recommend anyone going ask for the DNA genetic testing for medications when you get there. It can help them prescribe medications that work best for you. I came here despite the negative reviews, and have found that those reviews make sense if people are not ready to recover, not willing to use the skills, or do not want to be there. As for people trying to hurt themselves and breaking out yada yada, well it’s a place for mental health, I feel as though that’s a given. Everyone is at different levels and diagnoses. Overall I had a great experience and if I find myself needing to seek help again I would call them without hesitation.
