I attend a bi weekly Cardiac Rehab session led by Dane Sutton. Dane does a very good and professional job at running the warm up sessions and does a personal followup with class members as they are doing their exercises. Nice personal touch Dane! Thanks for your good work. The facilities and equipment are in excellent shape.

I enjoy the group fitness (active adults) classes. Darlene our instructor has a contagiously happy spirit and I always feel better when I leave physically and mentally. Doctor appoints are on time and I'm always given enough time with the doctor for what ever my problem is.

Very happy to have Katie on Mondays and Dane on Wednesdays as our instructors. They keep class interesting and our class always gets a great workout! They do a awesome job!

I love the fitness and yoga classes. Amanda structures fitness classes that are always different and challenging. I also love yoga with Ashley. Great place, great people!
