I spent a month at the Center being treated for acute anxiety and, it was worth the time. They have highly qualified staff who were able to dig deep into the causes of my problems and deal with them in the best way possible. They also introduced me to an exercise routine that I still use to date. It was a worthwhile experience.

I wanted to learn how to live a productive life and feel good in my own skin. I had zero confidence and felt the world was better off without me. I wanted to be happy.

I spent 5 weeks here in fall 2018 and I found it to be quite helpful. I'm thriving now! They aren't quite as individualized as they think they are and the head manager guy is fairly worthless. However, the majority of the staff that runs groups are amazing! You can tell they want to help you. The Center is also expanding their aftercare which I like. It's nice to be able to talk to others who "get it."

I love my team! I don't want to leave! They were the first people to acknowledge the "Complex" portion of my PTSD which was very validating and reassuring. I am very grateful to each and every one of them.
