Hey there, I was here a while ago, and I thought it was great, although the system where they switch out 11 year olds between the little kids, and big kids rooms, (I don't know what you call them) is a bit odd, it's like I was in the big kids hall (??) for a few days, then in the little kids hall, for a few days, like half and half, I think they need to work on that. But anyways, I think all the staff members are amazing, and the food is great. I loved it there other that the little kids hall, and big kids hall system.

Just wanted to let anyone checking the reviews to know. People always want to post negative reviews but others don't take the time to post a positive review. I almost didn't bring my granddaughter here because of the bad reviews. But I'm so glad that I checked the center out for myself. The staff has bent over backwards to help her and my family. So far it has been a extremely positive experience. So let this be a lesson to us all. Take the time to give positive reviews because negative reviews could have cost lives. Thx

My name is Gabby and I think Kempsville was pretty alright. It wasn't the best but it was better than I thought it would be. The food is pretty good. The staff is pretty nice (Ms. Ashley mostly) but I mildly dislike the point system that they have. I would be standing the hallway, waiting for everyone to complete hygiene and would be talking to someone who's inside their room, from the hallway and someone would always tell me "get out their room or you're gonna get your points taken away. But beside that, I loved Kempsville and I think it helped me a lot!
