My therapist is Amy Davis and I really appreciate how she's helped me, she doesn't force me to say anything I dont feel comfortable saying and she is super calm and chill with everything. I also told her I was thinking I needed medicine and I asked her what she thought would be the best medicine for me to take that would help me most and she was very supportive with my decision. My sister sees Laura Russell and loves her so much, she has told me about how nice she is and how understanding she is with what she tells her. Its overall a good therapist office and I really like it there, but I only gave it 4 stars just because in the lobby, I understand that they want us to be quiet but if we're laughing, they have sometimes told us to be quieter when we're laughing which I don't feel is very fair.

I read all of these Google reviews when my primary care referred me to Dr. Neuman. They did not deter me at all. Why? Because multiple negative reviews are a reflection of reviewers and not the facility and the doctors/therapists. I have only had two visits with Dr Neuman and today there were issues (insurance and internet), but that had nothing to do with the facility or Dr. Nueman. That’s called LIFE. I have had immense trauma in my life and the very first visit Mark listened intently, he made me feel validated and I had total confidence in him. That’s very difficult to find in all my years of therapy. So, anyone giving this place consideration, please take into account this 5 star review. Dr Neuman is an excellent psychiatrist. He is very direct and asks the questions that are obvious to his concern of my well being. His staff may not always be able to help with issues. But, that’s not what truly matters. What matters is if you receive competent care.
