In 2010 my 13yo son(#1of my 5 kids) was “in crisis”, Via Facebook(I’m just about 25ft cooking/next room) shutting down to friends, who are trying de-escalate his meltdown. Our front door was opened for cool evening air when officers are asking to see him and his parents. A 911 call was made by an angel(Friend) online (he was mad at her for 911call) but these awesome officers said we take or you take him to timber lawn hospital. Timber lawn referred us to child family guidance. They were the most awesome, ALL 5children had individual behavioral therapy at my home in Grand Prairie biweekly(she worked with whole family) caseworker help me with dealing with challenges at school, bullying, zero tolerance(my son was a scapegoat), instituting support system, lighting a fire under the districts butt with “region 10, Texas education agency”, lawyers, law suites. I am returning to the center after 6years with my daughter.

I love the nurse practitioner at this location, however trying to get someone on the phone is very, very difficult. Before my initial appointment someone answered the phone as soon as I called but now that I'm a client they won't answer? ... I'm not sure what's going on with that.
