I've had a lot of mixed experiences here. The psych assistance hotline is extremely slow to get back to their patients which I think is due to staffing issues. The therapists are a mixed bag, like another reviewer said; but once you find the right one, or the right combination of therapist and psychiatrist, it's a very decent facility to go to. The waiting room is clean and has easy access to bathrooms, a water fountain, and has an elevator for wheelchair access to the second floor. The receptionists are all sweethearts and get to know you once you've been visiting often enough which really made an impression on me. My current therapist (Stephan Achille) and psychiatrist (Maryam Bickell) are absolutely wonderful and genuinely care for their patients' well-being; in other words, this isn't just a job for them. However, that being said, while I was on the search for this perfect pairing, I encountered some doctors/therapists/administrators that have an awful bedside manner which is especially unfortunate considering the type of facility it is. It's a shame that a few bad apples spoil the whole bunch, because I really would like to rate it higher, but it would be disingenuous for future patients.
