For a “free” detox center this place was pretty great. All the staff is friendly, food was decent and they make sure you have an exit plan once leaving. Remember, rehab is what you’re willing to put into it. The staff here I felt truly wanted to help, but you have to wanna help yourself most.

Like so many other people say, they only work with certain people. If the front security(Overnight guards are asinine, rude, not qualified to assist people with mental problems)are tired they will turn you away and have you come back when the shift changes. Front end secretary doesn't feel like dealing with you right then...they will send you to the local hospital for a medical evaluation...If they feel in any way like you aren't worthy of treatment, you will be asked to come back at next shift beacause they claim to be full. Its a great place as long as you don't piss off the intake people.

There are no Genies in Bottles. It is an effective means for those who present themselves with a sincere goal of stabilization for psychological crisis....or recovery from their particular addiction. Enter with an open mind: Exit with a tangible Plan of Action. It works.....if the Client is willing to cooperatively do the work. I am appreciative that this service exists, and would recommend it to anyone who seriously wishes for a 'change for the better'.
