So far it has been pretty good. The therapist my child sees here is very warm and approachable. I have definitely noticed some improvement in my child's behavior in just the past few months. They have a wonderful treatment team involving therapists and case workers all working together. So this way you don't feel like you're all alone struggling with your child's behavior problems. My only complaint so far is they don't accept all forms of insurance. Luckily due to changes in my husband's employer they now accept our current insurance. I cannot speak for the other one star reviews here. Ours has been exceptional so far. Both the clinical team and the school staff have been very helpful in treating my child. We've gone to other providers in the past who haven't been as warm or engaging. So this place is truly a blessing.

(Respit program) Amazing staff. Very helpful for kids/teens with family problems or environmental problems who just need a break. (It's a stepdown type of program wouldn't recommend for higher risk kids/teens with behavior problems.)

More for children and, addicts, law offenders. They were nice just not for me. They did try and help but wasn't for me and too far of a drive too. Group therapy was really all they could offer me and it wasn't what I needed. Just wasn't the right fit for any of the group's I tried, because the patients were all trying to get their kids back, or something with the law. Most had to pee in cups and prove they weren't doing drugs to report to a case worker. Which means probably a good place for people struggling in those areas. But unfortunately I'm a PTSD and OCD case not drugs or law so not a good fit. I suggest elsewhere if you're not doing it for kids or legal reasons. And they were kind enough to suggest elsewhere after things doddid work out so 3 stars because they were nice, 2 lost because they're not very upfront with what they seem to actually specialise in and lack of individual therapy.
