Update (4/5/2019) I decided to update my review because their patient advocate rep called me about my review to make sure everything was taken care of and she will be sending me updated statements with zero balances...I really believe better customer service training For their office staff could have prevented me from writing this review. But, I am leaving the original up because I had to do all of the leg work to make sure this was take care of, but they did fix their mistake so I went up to a 3 Star from a 1 Star. Terrible for insurance. My son used them for mental health counseling, and they did not submit the claims to my insurance until almost 8 months later!!! Which caused me to have to get my insurance to call them to file an appeal and they were not even showing the co payments I made to them for each visit!!! (my insurance has a 6 month time frame for doctors to file claims with them). Ridiculous!!!!!!!!

I've been working with them for over a year and they have helped me so much.
