Our daughter stayed here and she said it was one of the cleanest places she has been. Doctors and staff were helpful. Food was good. The only part I didn't like was there wasn't enough to keep patients busy when they weren't in sessions. They maybe need relaxing, destressing classes. Art? Men and women should be separated! (Safety alone) There was this guy pacing back and forth talking to himself that was going in wrong rooms, when we visited. He was freaking me out!! I mean these people are there cause of serious problems. There should be more security. Not only for patients themselves but, others there. My daughter walked in to day room and A couple under a blanket on the couch clearly doing things inappropriately! She said they keep the place so cold they are allowed to walk around with blankets.

This hospital is very nice compared to other places I have been. I was on 2north for adults but there were some teenagers there that didn't belong on that floor. The physciatrist that was asigned to me really was just tossing meds at me that were not helping. I understand that their goal is to get you out and back to your life. When you tell them you are not ready to go home they should listen to you instead of pushing you to leave. There were two nurses that really did seem like they cared Marta and Christy. They both made me feel like I was being heard even though I really wasn't Would I recommend this place to other people sure I would .

I loved this place! I was put in the adolescent area due to my depression and anxiety, scared that I wouldn't be able to get better. But now, I feel better! They gave me meicine that actually works and whenever I needed clothes they gave me some. They also respected your privacy and really caring and understanding. Johnathan and Marty were the best nurses who watched over us! One thing that should be fixed is maybe a bigger variety of books and more activities during the day time. We also get super cold easily, so maybe extra blankets on the beds so were not freezing at night! Thank you so much for helping me, BBHH! I wouldn't have gotten better if you guys haven't offered me a place there.
